The item came coiled in a cardboard box and was in great shape . Shipping was very timely for the repair I was going to make on my RV damage from 1 year ago on the freeway . I plan on doing the repair in early October so I cannot effectively give a product rating . The staff was helpful in guiding my choice for the repair panel that is needed . Thanks guys ! Gary

I am building a camp trailer from scratch and have spent close to $8000 on online purchases. Most have been bought on Amazon. I searched the web for the aluminum trim I needed and found Mr Metal has a huge selection and shipping is actually quite reasonable when you buy in bulk and their prices are the best by far. Ended up buying over 20 pieces for $600. Came in three separate deliveries but very fast. All were well packaged- you can see the care in the way they package- well protected, strong boxes, thoughtfully assembled. Everything was perfect except they shorted me one piece. This is why I am writing this review. Their response was phenomenal! Immediately responded to my email and sent me the missing piece- immediately, no questions asked!
