Mill finish- aluminum bare finish that's as extruded and may or may not have minor scratches or dye lines
There are no pre-drilled holes in the mill finish material to make sure customers can apply and attach the trim how they please. There are holes in the black rail due to the painting process. Making the holes is a fairly easy process with a drill.
