Thickness: .040"

Finish: Gloss White (Painted)

Description: This sheet is painted and during that painting process the metal is coated with a protective layer both on the front and the backside that helps keep the aluminum safer and more protected from the elements longer. Tolerance of the gauge of material is +-.003 thickness.

Uses: This sheet is mainly used for trailers and RVs for their exterior walls or for interior walls of the trailer or RV. It can also be used in a home or business as wainscoting and make any room look professional. Applications for this material are end less!

Orders of .040" and .050" material will be shipped via LTL service.

Custom Sizes or Cuts: If you are interested or would like a product cut to a specific custom length please contact us and we can send an invoice specifically created to accommodate your cut request. Special cuts are a $5 charge per piece for up to 3 cuts. 

Coloring: Colors with aluminum painted sheet are all very similar, if not the same but some may vary slightly by manufacturer. Material may also have slight cloudiness or faint lines from wax that will go away with heat or sitting in the sun. If you're trying to match an existing trailer, please find our samples Here or please contact us!

Installation: For installation and application please refer to online tutorials and instructions.

Large orders of sheet or trim can be shipped through an LTL carrier either shipped flat or in large boxes depending on the order and order quantity. If freight is not specified when ordered or during checkout we will use our discretion to package as safe as possible.
